How We Approach Every Matter
Each service at Ratana Niti begins with the same step: listening. Before we assess, advise, or draft anything, we take time to understand the full picture of your situation — what you currently receive or have been told, what you expected, and what has prompted you to seek advice.
From there, we identify which framework applies — Social Security, civil service, or state enterprise pension rules — and assess your position against those specific standards. Our written summary then sets out what we found and what, in our view, you can usefully do next.
We do not recommend more extensive work than the situation calls for. If a review is sufficient, we say so. If a matter has moved beyond what correspondence can address and formal representation is warranted, we explain why clearly and offer to continue on that basis — or provide the review so another firm can carry on.
