Common Questions
Questions We Hear Often
What does a pension entitlement review actually cover?
We look at your contribution history, applicable scheme rules, and any recent legislative changes that may affect your position. The outcome is a written summary that sets out what you are entitled to and any steps available to you — all explained in plain language.
How long does a dispute advisory matter typically take?
The duration depends on the complexity of the case and how quickly the relevant body responds. Most correspondence matters are resolved within two to four months. We give you a realistic estimate at the outset and keep you updated throughout.
Do I need to attend meetings in person?
An initial meeting at our Bangkok office is helpful, though not always necessary. Much of the work can be conducted by correspondence and phone. We will advise you if an in-person meeting becomes important at any stage.
Are your fees fixed or can they change during a case?
For the entitlement review and advisory services, fees are fixed at the stated amount. For full representation, the total cost depends on the scope of the matter; we provide a clear cost outline before each phase begins so you can decide how to proceed.
What if my pension matter involves a government employer?
Civil service and state enterprise pension matters follow separate frameworks from the Social Security scheme. We have experience with both and will identify which applies to your situation at the start of any engagement.
How is my personal information handled?
All documents and personal details shared with us are held in confidence and used only for the purpose of your matter. We follow applicable data protection requirements and do not share your information with third parties without your knowledge.
